Robust Quick Lift guarantees that its products conform to the type and quality specified in this contract. Except as explicitly stated herein, all other warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are expressly excluded. Determining the suitability of the goods for the buyer’s intended use is solely the buyer’s responsibility. Robust Quick Lift makes no representations or warranties regarding such suitability.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or consequential damages; therefore, these exclusions may not apply.

  1. Payment Terms

We require full payment before the delivery of any product. This policy ensures a smooth and seamless transaction for all our customers. We accept payments through a variety of methods for your convenience. Once your payment is confirmed, we will promptly process your order and arrange for delivery.   1. Acceptance of Terms

All quotations, orders, or contracts are non-binding until accepted in writing by an authorized officer of Robust Quicklift. Until such acceptance, all offers are subject to change without notice.

  1. Inspection Rights

The buyer has the right to inspect goods upon delivery and must notify Robust Quick Lift in writing of any quality or condition claims within fifteen (15) days. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the goods as is. All claims must be made before installation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Robust Quick Lift is not liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of such possibilities. Upon acceptance and inspection of goods, the buyer assumes all risks and liabilities arising from their use or possession.

  1. Force Majeure

Robust Quick Lift is not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

  1. Waiver

Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other term.

  1. Modification and Integration

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and can only be modified in writing, signed by both parties. It supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

  1. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

By purchasing from Robust Quicklift, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
